136th Post

The 2018 St. Annes Wednesday Boules season starts with a dusting of snow and six hardy souls.
We decided to play just one game....but, then, the usual story.....we warmed up and played three!
Retired to Olive's Room where we had to sit outside with blankets under us....
Nonetheless a very enjoyable start to a new season.  We won't divulge the scores!
Free play again next week...competition starts on Wed. 31st Jan. weather permitting.

The following photographs don't concern the boules but, rather, the progress around the magnificent Tommy Craggs Tree Sculpture in the corner of the park.
