Twelve players managed to start play in 2020. No competition for the first couple of weeks. From Dave's photos we can discern that the fallen tree has been removed....hopefully the precursor to further developments for Petanque play in the park.
Gerry had done such a fantastic leaf clearance from the pistes and surrounds that I queried if the parks maintenance team had been involved!! Gerry's facial response told me otherwise.
We're aware that some players are currently experiencing bouts of ill health. We send them our thoughts and prayers and would love to see them even for a coffee after play when they feel up to it.
