Mike suggested giving ourselves maximum scores but somebody's conscience wouldn't allow such subterfuge. I like his train of thought though!

Whatever happened last Wednesday? I turned up in St Anne's Park as usual but found nobody there. I played four games against myself (in difficult conditions due to snow) and won every time (13-3, 13-2, 13-0, 13-4). Unfortunately I couldn't find the score sheet to log these results. Honestly! I seem to have no luck with Boules!
ReplyDeleteAh Don.....It must have been a bad dream.......Honestly, you must have boules of steel or a brass neck to play last Wednesday. Also, you must be some Scarlet Pimpernel to leave no trace on that particular morning. Also, how you managed to allow an invisible opponent score points against you is beyond belief!.
