Fifteen on this mildish winter's morning.  Since the rain relented the past few days we managed to scrape off the leaves and mud from Piste 1 and 2 but they were left with a sticky residue so the players avoided those ends.

Well hasn't that just put the hat on it!!

We had the added excitement of huge numbers of primary school children awaiting their turn in the cross-country competitions who were gathered around the pistes.  They enjoyed watching the games and gave great encouragement to all the players.  It was a great introduction to a generation of potential future devotees.

With one competition day left Nigel remains in a commanding lead on 318.  Along with Colm he amassed another maximum 52 points.  Mike is a steadfast second at present and Yvonne is the leading lady for the second week on 223 points.
