Sixteen players today on a warm morning. We started Competition C 2019. Mike was present but unable to play, however, he both took photographs and arranged tables and seating for coffee after boules.

We will definitely need to remind the cafe team in Olive's Room each Wednesday to reserve 5 tables for noon.

Nigel and Eileen hold the early lead with a very creditable 41 points in four games. They had begun a fifth game but those scores don't count, in fairness, as some players hadn't finished their third game by noon.

Our second Thursday evening session starts at 6.30 p.m. tomorrow, weather permitting. If you know people who would like to try the game please advise them.
